AudiobookSYNC 2019 - April/May

AudiobookSYNC is back! The summer program aimed at supplying audiobooks free of charge to teens starts up again this week, and the first books are available to download now.

Each summer AudioFile release two audiobooks per week, to be downloaded for free and then played using the Overdrive app for mobile and desktop.

"SYNC is a free summer audiobook program for teens. Returning April 25, 2019, SYNC will give away two complete audiobook downloads a week - pairs of high interest titles, based on weekly themes. Sign up for email or text alerts and be first to know when new titles are available to download at www.audiobooksync.com."

These are the pairs of books that will be made available for the next four weeks, and I'll post again in June with the next month's selection. For weekly reminders you can text SYNCYA to 25827 or visit www.audiobooksync.com

Week 2, 2nd - 8th May: Othello by William Shakespeare, and You by Charles Benoit.

Week 3, 9th - 15th May: The Epic Crush of Genie Lo by F. C. Yee, and Shadow of the Fox by Julie Kagawa.

    1. I look forward to it each summer because it encourages so many people to give the books a try, and I always find new authors through it!
